This fully furnished flat is located in a beautiful area where the Merl/Belair/Strassen neighborhoods intersect (in proximity to the CHL central hospital).
The nearest bus stop (Belair, Kannerklinick/Maternité) is right opposite the house, Buses 13, 22 and 24 frequently operate, and will take you to the city center in around 10 minutes and to Kirchberg in around 15-20 mins. A Delhaize supermarket and a gas station are just around the corner.
The new tenant will share the flat with 3 others, who work mostly from the office, but you'll likely end up chatting with them from time to time in the shared kitchen. Currently, the apartment is occupied by young professionals, and they are all very warm and welcoming.
For four tenants, there are two shower/WC rooms available. This means you’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.
A cleaning lady comes once a week to clean the common areas (such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and staircase).
The washing machines are located in the laundry room in the basement.
There is a “Fischer” bakery downstairs in the building, allowing for a delicious breakfast, lunch, or snack during the day.
The rent is 880€ ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, hot water, WiFi internet…).
A deposit of 880EUR is required (reimbursed at the end of the stay if the room is returned in good condition).
There is an administrative (one-time) fee of 600EUR HTVA (702EUR TTC).
The room is available starting June 17th.
