-Fully equipped kitchen: With microwave, dishwasher, kettle, etc.
-Laundry facilities: With washer and dryer available.
-All utilities included: Water, electricity, heating, etc.
-Contract flexibility: You can end your contract early if needed, by just paying an early --termination fee.
-Community events: Parties are organized every 5 weeks to allow tenants to meet, network, and exchange ideas (subject to availability).

Rental Deposit of €1,000: A rental deposit of €1,000 is required, but this AMOUNT IS NOT CHARGED. Instead, it is a hold on your credit card. At the end of your contract, if there is no damage, the hold is released within 20 days.
