Here we are looking for a roommate for a furnished room with nice living room in center Esch-sur-alzette, available 30 Jun. 2024.

No agency fee. It’s one of the private properties of my family in Luxembourg.

Nearby the train/ bus station Esch-sur-alzette (1 min by foot) to all area of Luxembourg (25 min to city center of Luxembourg, 21 min to Gasperich /Cloche d’or by direct train or buses).

To share furnished kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave,4 stoves) with another 2 young professionals and to share bathroom with one of them, from university of Luxembourg, very amiable and friendly.

All furnished room with double bed, big wardrobe, desk and chair, a cozy living room with 3 big windows.

Rent 680€+170€ charge, water, electricity, gas,rubbish, insurance, all included even WiFi.
