Here we are looking for a roommate for a cozy room in Bettembourg, available from 30 November 2024. Parking free.
No agency fee. It’s one of 11 private properties from my family in Luxembourg.
Do not pay before you visit and sign a rental contract. It's better to visit yourself or by your contacts here, in case of any scams which are quite often reported.

- 250 m away from Gare bettembourg, 11 min to city center of luxembourg ,15 min to Gasperich by direct train or bus.
- 150 m away from supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy and bank.
- Double bed, big wardrobe, chair and desk.
- To share 2 bathrooms, big garden and 2 kitchens with another 4-5 young professionals, mixed girl and boy.
Rent 750€, charge 150€ (water, electricity, gas,rubbish, insurance, all included even WiFi).Refundable deposit 1000€.
