What matters most to us is to create small communities in each of our homes by carefully selecting co-livers.

Additionally, the team, currently composed of six people, has developed significant experience in conducting prior individual interviews with candidates. This system ensures the creation of homogeneous groups sharing common lifestyles and interests, with corresponding levels of education. Members of the same co-living are therefore united based on specific criteria rather than by chance.

The choice to implement a selection at entry also ensures a greater form of respect once the accommodation is allocated, as not all candidates can be assigned a room, with demand exceeding supply. Through this approach, which works a bit like a club, co-livers are more respectful of the accommodation and ensure harmonious relationships among themselves.

In exchange, we take pride in responding quickly and effectively to requests made by co-livers if they notice any deficiencies or needs for repairs in the housing.
