Here we are looking for a roommate for a cozy room near airport and kirchberg, in Sanderweiler with private parking and big terrace

Not far away from supermarket ALDI, 18 m2 with free parking, (14 min to Kirchberg, 20 min to city center by many direct buses), available November 2024.

No agency fee. It’s one of our 11 private family properties. Don’t pay before you visit and sign personally. It's better to visit yourself or by your contacts here, in case of any scams which are quite often reported.

With private parking and big terrace, totally renovated house with double bed, wardrobe, table and chair, to share kitchen (frigo, oven, microwave,sink etc), and big bathroom (shower cabin,toilet and washing machine) with another young professional boy for finance, very amiable and quiet.

Price: rent 700 EUR / month, charge 200 EUR, refundable security deposit 1000€, all fees and expenses included (electricity, water, heating, internet, rubbish, insurance,WiFi etc).
