The room is available immediately, BUT WE CAN ONLY ISSUE SHORT-TERM CONTRACTS: THE LONGEST POSSIBLE STAY IS UNTIL JANUARY 31, 2025.
This is due to the house being sold.
This fully furnished house is located in a beautiful residential area (Hamm).
In total, the house consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WC's, a kitchen with all amenities, a balcony, a small garden, a garage, and a basement.
At the moment, only 2 of the 5 rooms are occupied (one larger room by a couple). You will hence be sharing the kitchen with 3 other tenants.
There are 2 shower rooms (each with a WC), and two additional WC's in the house.
The current tenants are all young working professionals.
Washing and drying machines are located in the basement.
The room is equipped with a bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, and a commode.
A cleaning lady cleans the common areas once every two weeks.
The house is located right next to a bus stop (Hamm, Schoul), which takes you to the city center in less than 10 minutes.
The rent is €1000 ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, hot water, WiFi internet…).
A deposit of €500 is required (reimbursed at the end of the stay if the room is returned in good condition).
