Comfortable living room with a sofa and a large TV.
A modern bathroom to share with one roomate.
The bus stop called "Hamm Schoul" is two minutes walk (buses 9 & 15) and 5 minutes walk bus 25 stop called "Peuplier".
By buses 9 & 15, you reach Luxembourg Central Station in 10 minutes and Hamilius in 20 minutes.
By bus 25, you reach Kirchberg in 25 minutes.
The monthly rent is 1100 € ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, heating and internet).
