The flat is fully furnished, located in the Hamm residential area and has a terrace. The room is in the renovated attic space above the other two bedrooms.
Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refridgerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. to share with two other roommates. Comfortable living room with a sofa and large TV.
The bus stop called "Hamm, Schoul" is two minutes' walk from the apartment. By buses 9 and 15, you can arrive at Luxembourg Central Station in 10 minutes and Hamilius in 20 minutes. The bus stop "Peuplier" is five minutes' walk away. By bus 25, you can reach Kirchberg in 25 minutes.
The monthly rent is €1,000 ALL INCLUSIVE (electricity, water, internet, heating).
