The room comes with a large bed, desk and chair, a wardrobe, and a nightstand.
The house has 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, and a beautiful garden to enjoy green spaces/sun during the morning and a nice BBQ on summer nights.
Bus stop in front of the house with a constant flow of busses to the city center / Cloche d'Or / Gare area.
The rent is 840€/month +150€ charges (all utilities, internet, cleaning)
We are looking for a person who is friendly, clean, organized, nice to be around and who has a work contract.
