The shared bathroom has a toilet, sink and walk-in rain shower and is shared with two other tenants.
The apartment was recently renovated, with new kitchen and sanitary facilities.

- Bed of 160 cm
- Smart TV in each room
- Guest toilet
- Washing and drying machine available.
- A large freezer, as well as a storage room are available in the basement.
- Duvet, sheets and towels at your disposal.
Area: the apartment is ideally situated in a calm street next to Place de Paris (which is between the old city center and the train station). Lively neighbourhood with shops open on Sunday. Tramway stop ´Place de Paris` at 50m from the frontdoor.
Rent is ALL inclusive (WIFI, energy, water, insurance, cleaning lady for common areas and private bathroom); no additional costs. One-off a admin fee 400 EUR.
