This human-scale co-living flat is located in Luxembourg-Bonnevoie, in a quiet street, at walking-distance to the station district and the city-center. Great attention was paid to the quality of the furnishing and mattress, the interior design and the soundproofing. The apartment comprises five private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
Rooms are fully furnished. Two sets of bedlinen and towels are provided. Prices are all-inclusive (electricity, water, heating, internet, cleaning, household essentials, kitchen paper, etc).
Move-in fee (billed once, independently of the duration of the stay) : 812€ (covers visits, contract, final cleaning of room, towels and bedlinen).
